Rules for tuition
PETALING JAYA: Teachers are aware of rules about them giving tuition but are flouting them, saying they need the extra income to make ends meet and that parents are also pressuring them.
According to the circular signed by Education Ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Zulkurnain Awang last December, teachers can only give tuition for four hours a week.
Other conditions include:
Giving tuition at tuition centres registered by the state education department;
Application to give tuition has to be approved by the state education director two months beforehand;
Applicants must achieve a minimum of 80% in their performance appraisals in the previous year; and
Tuition centres must not be more than 25km from a teacher's school.

I wonder if our Government really 'Jiak ba bo su jo'. Wad u guys think?
Bad news for Irene, Kadir and Mr.Thoo.
Malaysia's gonna have more stupid n useless kid in the future. SAD.
